馮銘,楊聰武,曹志丹,譚詠梅(昆鋼集團(tuán)設(shè)計(jì)院有限公司, 安寧 650302)[摘要]師宗鋼鐵大廈總高89.7m,采用鋼管混凝土框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)。其中塔樓為抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件不連續(xù)、豎向體型收進(jìn)的復(fù)雜高層建筑。結(jié)構(gòu)采用抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)關(guān)鍵部位和薄弱環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行中震彈性或大震不屈服分析,并采取有針對(duì)性的加強(qiáng)措施,確保結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)“大震不倒”的抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)。[關(guān)鍵詞]復(fù)雜高層; 抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì); 轉(zhuǎn)換桁架; 豎向體型變化中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TU973.1+4 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)18-0044-05Structural design of a complex high-rise buildingFeng Ming, Yang Congwu, Cao Zhidan, Tan Yongmei(Kunming Iron & Steel Group Design Institute Co., Ltd., Anning 650302, China)Abstract: Shizong Iron and Steel Building is a building of 89.7m with the structure of steel pipe concrete frame-core wall. The tower consists of discontinuous lateral resistant members and plane size setback along the height. Performance-based seismic design was adopted when critical parts and weak parts were carried out elastic analysis under the moderate earthquake and non-yielding analysis under the rare earthquake.
