洛陽正大超高層辦公樓結(jié)構(gòu)抗震設(shè)計

楊曉明,徐和財,鄭瑋,鮑蘭軍(浙江省工業(yè)設(shè)計研究院, 杭州 310003)[摘要]洛陽正大辦公樓為地上51層、地下3層的超高層建筑,該建筑上部結(jié)構(gòu)采用框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系, 其中框架柱采用方鋼管混凝土柱,框架梁采用焊接H型鋼梁。介紹了該辦公樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方法和過程,包括結(jié)構(gòu)選型、結(jié)構(gòu)性能設(shè)計目標(biāo)的確定、計算分析等。針對本工程結(jié)構(gòu)的超限情況與性能設(shè)計目標(biāo),選用多種軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小震彈性反應(yīng)譜分析、小震彈性時程分析、中震不屈服驗算、中震彈性驗算、靜力彈塑性分析以及大震作用下的動力彈塑性時程分析。計算結(jié)果表明,采用多種軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行計算分析,并采用一定的構(gòu)造設(shè)計措施,能實現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)定的性能設(shè)計目標(biāo),同時也提高了結(jié)構(gòu)體系的安全性。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層建筑; 框架-核心筒; 性能設(shè)計目標(biāo); 性能水準(zhǔn); 鋼管混凝土; 加強層; 時程分析中圖分類號:TU973.1+4 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)18-0039-05Structural seismic design of Luoyang Zhengda ultra-limit high-rise office buildingYang Xiaoming, Xu Hecai, Zheng Wei, Bao Lanjun(Zhejiang Industry Design and Research Institute, Hangzhou 310003, China)Abstract: Luoyang Zhengda office building is an ultra-limit high-rise building with 51 floors on the ground and 3 floors underground. The upper part of the structure adopts the frame-core tube structure system, in which the frame column adopts concrete filled square steel tubular column and the frame beam adopts the welding H-shaped steel beam. The design method and process of the building structure were discussed, including the selection of structural system, the confirmation of performance design goals, the calculational analysis and so on. According to the ultralimit situation and performance design goals of the structure, various software was used to check the elastic response spectrum analysis and elastic-plastic time history analysis under frequent earthquake, the non-yielding design, the elasticity and the static elastic-plastic time history analysis under moderate earthquake, and the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis under rare earthquake.
