邱煥龍,張紹亮,尚春雨,秦明樂(lè),謝雷(大連都市發(fā)展設(shè)計(jì)有限公司, 大連 116011)[摘要]以再生資源交易所項(xiàng)目為例,從結(jié)構(gòu)體系、前期分析、計(jì)算分析、超限專家修改意見(jiàn)4個(gè)方面詳細(xì)介紹超高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)施過(guò)程和設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)。本項(xiàng)目為主體41層、高185.8m的公建式公寓,結(jié)構(gòu)形式為矩形鋼管混凝土框架鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)。以超限情況介紹為出發(fā)點(diǎn),進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)體系的分析,擬定合理的抗震性能設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),采用了兩種計(jì)算軟件分別在小震、中震及大震情況下,進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)整體計(jì)算分析。通過(guò)彈塑性時(shí)程分析找出薄弱部位,并在施工圖設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)對(duì)薄弱部位進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的加強(qiáng),以達(dá)到結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)。研究結(jié)果表明,對(duì)復(fù)雜高層的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),應(yīng)采用基于性能化的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行彈性及彈塑性分析,達(dá)到預(yù)期的性能目標(biāo)。并根據(jù)超限審查意見(jiàn)對(duì)中震及大震計(jì)算進(jìn)行部分調(diào)整,指導(dǎo)施工圖設(shè)計(jì)。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層建筑; 性能目標(biāo); 抗震計(jì)算; 彈性時(shí)程分析; 靜力彈塑性時(shí)程分析中圖分類號(hào):TU398,TU318.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)18-0034-05Structural design of super tall building of Renewable Resources Exchange ProjectQiu Huanlong, Zhang Shaoliang, Shang Chunyu, Qin Mingle, Xie lei(Dalian Urban Development Design Co., Ltd., Dalian 116011, China)Abstract: Illustrated by the case of Renewable Resources Exchange Project, structural design method of super tall building was introduced in four ways of structure system analysis, preliminary analysis, calculation analysis and out-of-code amendments of experts. Renewable Resources Exchange Project with 185.80m tall and 41 floors adopts concrete filled rectangular steel frame-core wall structure system. The structure system was analyzed after out-of-code cases were introduced. Reasonable seismic performance objectives were developed, and overall structure analysis was carried out using two different softwares under frequent earthquake, moderate earthquake and rare earthquake cases respectively. Weak floors and parts were discovered in elastic-plastic time-history analysis, and strengthened in construction drawing design phrase to achieve the seismic precautionary objectives. Results show that structural design for complex high-rise structure should be based on performance-based seismic design method using elastic and elastic-plastic analysis, in order to achieve desired performance objectives.
