無錫云蝠大廈超限高層結構設計

孫會郎,陳建妙,馮自強(中聯(lián)筑境建筑設計有限公司, 杭州 310014)[摘要]無錫云蝠大廈地下3層,地上48層,結構高度219.25m,頂部有約30m高的鋼構架,總高度248.50m,采用型鋼混凝土框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒結構體系,裙房與塔樓之間不設縫,設置2道加強層。采用SATWE,MIDAS Building軟件進行了小震彈性計算,結果表明:結構的周期比、剪重比、層間位移角等均滿足規(guī)范要求。選用7條地震波對結構進行了彈性動力時程分析、樓板舒適度驗算和罕遇地震彈塑性時程分析,針對超限情況給出詳細措施并采用樁端后注漿工藝減少結構的差異沉降量。[關鍵詞]超高層建筑; 混合結構; 結構設計; 加強層; 灌注樁后注漿中圖分類號:TU973.1+4 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)18-0001-07Structural design of out-of-code super high-rise building of Yunfu Mansion in WuxiSun Huilang, Chen Jianmiao, Feng Ziqiang(China United Zhujing Architecture Design Co., Ltd., Hangzhou 310014, China)Abstract: Yunfu Mansion in Wuxi, which is totally 248.50m high with a 30m high steel frame on the top, consists of three levels of basements and 48 stories above grade. The structure, which has the height of 219.25m, adopts steel reinforced concrete frame-RC core wall system. No seismic joints are set between the tower and the podium, while two strengthened-storeys with outriggers and belt trusses are set. Elastic analysis was carried out under frequent earthquake using programs as SATWE and MIDAS Building. Results show that the parameters of period ratio, shear-weight ratio and the interlayer displacement angle satisfy the requirements of the codes. Elastic time-history analysis was carried out using seven seismic waves, as well as the analysis of floor comfort degree and elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake.
