鋼-混凝土組合梁截面組合抗剪性能的試驗(yàn)研究

(1 西安建筑科技大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,710055; 2 中國(guó)建筑西北設(shè)計(jì)研究院,西安710003)[提要]對(duì)4根密實(shí)截面鋼混凝土組合梁的組合抗剪性能進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。試件全部采用簡(jiǎn)支,跨中兩點(diǎn)對(duì)稱單調(diào)靜力加載,考慮抗剪連接程度及正負(fù)彎矩的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,組合梁負(fù)彎矩區(qū)的界面滑移規(guī)律與正彎矩區(qū)的不同,其大小對(duì)組合梁的抗剪承載能力影響較小。不論混凝土翼板是處于組合梁截面的受壓區(qū)還是受拉區(qū),其對(duì)組合梁截面的抗剪承載能力均有明顯的貢獻(xiàn),目前規(guī)范僅計(jì)算鋼梁腹板的抗剪作用偏于保守。按疊加法建立了計(jì)算組合梁抗剪承載能力的計(jì)算式,計(jì)算值與實(shí)測(cè)值吻合良好。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼-混凝土組合梁;組合抗剪性能;滑移;抗剪連接程度;負(fù)彎矩Experiment Study on Shear Behavior of Composite Steel concrete Beams/Fu Guo1,Zhao Hongtie1,Ge Hongpeng2,Xue Jianyang1(1 School of Civil Eng., Xi" an Univ. of Arch. & Tech., Xi" an 710055, China; 2 China Northwest Building Design and Research Institute, Xi"an 710003, China)Abstract:Experiments of 4 steel concrete composite beams (SCB) with compact steel sections are conducted to investigate their composite shear resistance behavior. The influences of degree of shear connection, sagging moment and negative bending are discussed. The test results show that the interface slip regulation of SCB are different between sagging moment and hogging moment, it has little influence to the vertical shear strength in negative bending region, and the vertical shear capacity of SCB is nearly 1.9 times that given by current codes. According to the experimental research on the test beams and analysis of other available test results, the formulae are derived for the ultimate shear capacity with consideration of the contribution from concrete flange.
