新唐山火車站鋼管混凝土柱-混凝土梁節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元分析

賀旻斐,于東暉(北京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司, 北京 100045)[摘要]新建天津至秦皇島鐵路客運(yùn)專線工程唐山火車站的鋼管混凝土柱節(jié)點(diǎn)尺寸大,構(gòu)造復(fù)雜,采用了H型鋼牛腿和穿心鋼筋相結(jié)合的節(jié)點(diǎn)形式。研究確定以H型鋼牛腿腹板抗剪為主進(jìn)行抗剪驗(yàn)算,綜合混凝土梁和H型鋼翼緣的作用進(jìn)行抗彎驗(yàn)算的設(shè)計(jì)原則。采用ANSYS軟件對節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有限元分析,研究了節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能、破壞模型和協(xié)同工作的能力。H型鋼牛腿可以可靠地傳遞混凝土梁傳來的荷載,并改善節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載能力和延性,是鋼管混凝土柱和混凝土梁之間連接的重要組成部分。對節(jié)點(diǎn)的有限元分析結(jié)果表明,該節(jié)點(diǎn)具有較好的整體性能。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼管混凝土柱; 節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì); H型鋼牛腿; 有限元分析中圖分類號(hào):TU973.121;TU398.7 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2013)17-0129-05FEM analysis of CFST column-RC beam joint for New Tangshan Railway StationHe Minfei, Yu Donghui(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: The concrete filled steel tubular(CFST)column-RC beam joints in New Tangshan Railway Station have large dimension and complicate detail construction. H shaped corbels and piercing reinforcing bars are used in the columns. The design principle is decided that H shaped corbel bears the shear force and the moment are supported by the concrete beams and corbel together. The mechanical performance, failure principle and the coordinated working performance are studied through finite element analysis. The H shaped corbel can transfer the load from beams reliably, improve the joint stiffness and load bearing capacity, as well as the important part of transition between concrete filled steel tubular column and reinforced concrete beam.
