［摘要］對(duì)既有砌體結(jié)構(gòu)外套加固施工過(guò)程提出了符合實(shí)際情況的模擬方法，有限元核心采用高精度墻元進(jìn)行靜力計(jì)算，按照《建筑抗震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50011—2010)的相關(guān)條款進(jìn)行反應(yīng)譜分析，并自動(dòng)進(jìn)行工況組合，對(duì)原有砌體墻進(jìn)行抗壓和抗剪驗(yàn)算，對(duì)新建混凝土構(gòu)件進(jìn)行配筋計(jì)算。所有算法均由Fecis軟件完整實(shí)現(xiàn)，并經(jīng)過(guò)了嚴(yán)格測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明，該軟件解決了現(xiàn)有軟件的應(yīng)用限制，直接給出外套混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)配筋結(jié)果，可滿足實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)需要。

Abstract: A simulation method for external seismic retrofit of existing masonry structure is presented. The method includes the following content: static analysis using the finite element method with high-accuracy wall element, response spectrum analysis based on Code for seismic design of buildings(GB 50011—2010), automatic load combination, checking of the shear capacity and the compressive capacity of existing masonry walls, reinforcement calculation of new-added concrete members, etc. All the algorithms are completely realized by software Fecis, which has passed rigorous test. The results show that Fecis overcomes the limitation of existing software, and the reinforcement of new-added concrete members could meet the needs of engineering design.
