型鋼混凝土梁式托墻轉換層設計中的問題及應用

(1 西安建筑科技大學土木工程學院7100552 中國建筑西北設計研究院,西安710003)[提要]從工程實例和理論分析入手,對型鋼混凝土托墻,托柱轉換梁的受力特點、截面設計方法、整體計算軟件及其相關參數的選取等進行了細致的分析。以一幢32層托墻轉換梁結構為研究對象,采用中國建筑科學研究院編制的SATWE軟件(多層及高層建筑結構空間有限元分析與設計軟件)對型鋼混凝土轉換梁進行設計,分析了轉換梁彎矩與跨高比關系、轉換梁剪力與跨高比的關系。給出了型鋼混凝土轉換梁的構造要求和設計建議,可供工程設計時參考使用。[關鍵詞]型鋼混凝土;梁式轉換層;高層建筑Analysis and Design of Steel Reinforced Concrete Bearing Wall Girder Transfer Floor/Wu Jianbin1,Zhao Hongtie1,Xue Jianyang1,Wang Xiaoyu2,Chen Mengrong2(1 College of Civil Engineering,Xi"an Univ.of Arch.& Tech.,Xi"an 710055,China; 2 China Northwest Building Design and Research Institute,Xi"an 710003,China)Abstract:Based on the engineering experiences and theoretical analysis,the mechanical behaviors,design of the section,choice of the calculating programs,and the related parameters of the wall bearing and column bearing SRC transfer beam are presented.On the basis of the study of a 32 story wall bearing transfer beam building,the transfer beams are designed by SATWE program.The relationships between the bending moment,shear force and the span depth ratio are discussed.The detailing requirements and the related proposals of SRC transfer beam are given for the guidance of engineering design and practical application.Keywords:steel reinforced concrete; girder transfer floor; high-rise building
