［摘要］國內(nèi)規(guī)范對于隔震設(shè)計的相關(guān)規(guī)定大多是指導(dǎo)性、原則性的，理論解釋較簡單，實際應(yīng)用卻會遇到許多問題。以層間隔震為例，在性能化設(shè)計過程中，如何實現(xiàn)與上下部結(jié)構(gòu)相匹配的性能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，同時又不至于設(shè)計過于保守，采用單一計算模型難以實現(xiàn)，需要對上下部結(jié)構(gòu)或構(gòu)件采用不同的計算模型和內(nèi)力調(diào)整來完成設(shè)計，這使得設(shè)計的技術(shù)門檻過高，影響了隔震設(shè)計的廣泛推廣。結(jié)合兩個具體的隔震工程，對隔震的設(shè)計思路、計算模型適用條件、參數(shù)的合理選取及具體的實現(xiàn)方法進(jìn)行深入探討。

Abstract: Specifications for isolation design related regulations are mostly guidance, principle, simple theoretical understanding, and the practical application has many problems. To layer interval shock as an example, in the performance-based design process, how to realize the top and bottom structure matching performance standards, at the same time unapt too conservative design, using a single calculation model is difficult to realize. It need to top and bottom structure or component using different calculation model and adjustment of internal force to complete the design. This makes that design technology threshold is high, and the isolation design difficulty is increase. Combined with two engineering examples of seismic insulation design, the discussion is focused on the design method of seismic isolation, the applicable condition of the calculating model, rational selection of the parameter and implements method.
