［摘要］福州三迪·聯(lián)邦大廈高218m，為鋼管混凝土柱+鋼筋混凝土梁+鋼筋混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)。重點(diǎn)介紹了結(jié)構(gòu)布置、抗震設(shè)防性能目標(biāo)、計(jì)算分析等。通過靜力彈塑性分析和動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析等計(jì)算手段，找出結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，并采取相應(yīng)的抗震措施予以加強(qiáng)。在中震驗(yàn)算和彈塑性驗(yàn)算中，均發(fā)現(xiàn)核心筒局部墻體承載力不夠，設(shè)計(jì)中在核心筒局部位置加設(shè)了鋼板剪力墻。

Abstract: Fuzhou Sandi·Federal Mansion is 218m in height. It is a mixed structure, which consists of concrete-filled steel tube column，reinforced beam and reinforced core tube. It is especially focused on the structural arrangement, anti-seismic performance targets and calculation analysis. The weak position of structure was found out by pushover analysis and dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis, and the corresponding strengthening measures were adopted on the position. By means of middle seisms and elastic-plastic calculation, the carrying capacity of some core tube shear wall was not enough, and the steel plate shear wall is used in those places of core tube.
