張然1,2，吳中群2，沈凱震2，束偉農(nóng)2（1 清華大學(xué)， 北京 100084； 2 北京市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司， 北京 100045）［摘要］重慶地產(chǎn)大廈的主要功能為辦公區(qū)及配套服務(wù)設(shè)施用房。主體分為南北兩個塔樓，底部通過裙房連為整體，裙房樓板由于建筑功能要求多處開洞；層16以上通過一個5層的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)連廊連為一體。工程屬于平面不規(guī)則，豎向不規(guī)則，復(fù)雜連接的超限高層建筑。重慶地產(chǎn)大廈工程采用框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系，主體結(jié)構(gòu)高度為92m。根據(jù)工程的特點(diǎn)，對重要結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件制定了相應(yīng)的性能目標(biāo)。通過對多種計(jì)算程序分析結(jié)果的比對，依照結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能目標(biāo)，對結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位采取了相應(yīng)的抗震構(gòu)造加強(qiáng)措施。同時對局部重要部位進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)充驗(yàn)算，進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了相應(yīng)加強(qiáng)措施的效果。［關(guān)鍵詞］高層建筑； 連體結(jié)構(gòu)； 超限建筑； 懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)中圖分類號：TU973.18 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A 文章編號：1002-848X(2013)17-0090-06Design of the connected structure of Chongqing Estate-development BuildingZhang Ran1,2, Wu Zhongqun2, Shen Kaizhen2, Shu Weinong2(1 Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China; 2 Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: The main functions of CQEB（Chongqing Estate-development Building）are for office and service facilities.The main building is divided into north tower and south tower, the bottom are connected into whole podium, podium floor as building functional requirements opens many holes. The upper layers of 16th floor use a 5-layers-steel structure to connect together. The project is a out-of-codes high-rise building. The CQEB is frame-shear-wall structure system, the main structure is 92m in height. According to the characteristics of the project, the targets of corresponding properties were made for the important structural components. By comparing the results of the analysis of different model and software, in accordance with the structure of the seismic performance goal, the corresponding seimic strengthening measures were adopted for the building structure.
