甄偉,盛平,王軼,高昂,趙明(北京市建筑設計研究院有限公司, 北京 100045)[摘要]北京保利國際廣場主塔樓高161.2m,結構形式采用鋼管混凝土柱交叉網(wǎng)格外筒和鋼筋混凝土內筒組成的筒中筒結構。外框筒由約45°角交叉編織的鋼管混凝土斜柱和水平環(huán)梁組成,樓蓋隔層懸吊,各層樓面均開有大面積的通高中庭洞口,并有連續(xù)多層懸挑10m的螺旋樓梯等,結構平面、豎向均不規(guī)則。分析了主體結構受力體系和特點,除對設計準則、結構體系和彈性分析結果簡單介紹外,重點介紹了交叉網(wǎng)格超高層結構體系的抗震性能指標、內外筒的地震剪力和傾覆彎矩分配、樓面水平力的傳遞等,并介紹了交叉網(wǎng)格節(jié)點的設計方法、開大洞的中庭處外框筒的穩(wěn)定性能、懸吊樓層和長懸挑螺旋樓梯的舒適度性能等。[關鍵詞]交叉網(wǎng)格外筒; 鋼管混凝土柱; 網(wǎng)格節(jié)點; 穩(wěn)定; 舒適度; 筒中筒結構中圖分類號:TU318;TU973.18 文獻標識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)17-0075-06Structure design of main tower building of Beijing Poly PlazaZhen Wei, Sheng Ping, Wang Yi, Gao Ang, Zhao Ming(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: The building T1 of Poly Plaza has a total height of 161.2m. The structural system employed is tube-in tube system, which consists of CFST(concrete-filled steel tubular) diagrid outer tube and reinforced concrete central tube. The outer tube is composing of 45°inclined crossing CFST columns and horizontal ring beam. Floors are suspended every two floors. There are large openings in the slab at the atrium, and 10m cantilever spiral stair. There is irregularity both in plan and vertical arrangement. The performance and character of structural system are analyzed. As a high-rise building, besides the design criteria, structural system and elastic analysis results and the features are highlighted for the seismic performance, distribution of shear and overturning moment between outer and inner tube.
