深圳灣體育中心鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計創(chuàng)新

郭宇飛,陳彬磊(北京市建筑設(shè)計研究院有限公司, 北京 100045)[摘要]深圳灣體育中心鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋平面約530m×240m,其單層網(wǎng)殼為復(fù)雜的空間曲面網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu),采用箱形彎扭構(gòu)件編織而成的四邊形網(wǎng)格構(gòu)成。豎向支撐系統(tǒng)包括支撐網(wǎng)殼的31棵樹形柱、支撐網(wǎng)架的V形柱、觀景橋立柱和下沉廣場西立面幕墻柱。從結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)模、復(fù)雜和難易程度來講,在給設(shè)計帶來挑戰(zhàn)的同時,也給工程師提供了設(shè)計創(chuàng)新的可能。介紹了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的體系組成及特點和結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計創(chuàng)新內(nèi)容,包括超長結(jié)構(gòu)不設(shè)縫、彎扭構(gòu)件的可編程圖紙表達(dá)、結(jié)構(gòu)建模及設(shè)計方法的創(chuàng)新以及自主編制的質(zhì)量驗收標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為工程的設(shè)計完成提供了保障。[關(guān)鍵詞]超長結(jié)構(gòu); 溫度作用; 彎扭構(gòu)件; 方向向量; 質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中圖分類號:TU356;TU393.3 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2013)17-0068-03Design innovation of steel structure for Shenzhen Bay Sports CenterGuo Yufei, Chen Binlei(Beijing Institute of Architectural Design, Beijing 100045, China)Abstract: As a super-long span spatial structure, the steel roof structure of Shenzhen Bay Sports Center is composed of single-layer latticed shell, two space grid structures and vertical support system. The single-layer latticed shell is a complex spatial surface, which is meshed by quadrilateral grids with crooked-torsional box-section members. Vertical support system includes 31 dentritic columns, V-shaped columns, columns of bridge pier and latticed columns of west curtain wall. An introduction is given for the structural system of steel roof and its special features.
